بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

1. Eat ḥalāl only.
2. Read this du‘ā regularly:

رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ

‘My Rabb, I seek refuge in You from the strokes of the Shayāṭīn (devils), and my Rabb! I seek refuge in You even from their coming near me.’

3. The sinners will plead for another chance at life in this world before they die, but their plea will be rejected.

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

‘O My Rabb, grant pardon and have mercy, for you are the best of all the merciful.’
